Genlock/Timecode on set advise

As the title indicates; I was wondering who had any experience using the XL-H1 in a multi-cam shoot, and what advice they might be willing to offer.

I am preparing a 4 camera shoot with XL-H1's that will last about 6 hours. 2 cameras will be on tripods while one is on a curved dolly track with a jib and another camera is shoulder mounted and continuously on the move.

Frame rate will be 24F HD recorder to tape.

We are recording audio separately and looking to match everything up in post.

What is your step-by-step on set workflow? What are any of the issues we might encounter on set or in post? Anything you would have done differently in hindsight?

Any and all thoughts welcome and appreciated,

-Benjamin
