35mm Adapter for XL H1 Rental?
Does anyone know a source for a 35mm adapter for the XL H1, with a PL mount, available for a rental? I have a short to shoot in early March and we would like to shoot with a 35mm adapter.
Thanks, Barry |

Howdy Barry,
One of the sites contributers indierentals.com has a mini 35 that would suit your needs if they are too expensive I may have a lead on another one email me if you're interested.

Or buy a LetusExtreme if you are shooting on tripod.

Carlos;
I have heard that the 300 series has some problems on the XL H1. That the ground glass is visible in the frame on the edges. How has the 300 series worked for you? Thanks, Barry |

Canon XLH1 and Redrock M2 Rental
The Redrock M2 also works well on the Canon XLH1. I have both available for rent.

Why do you state this? Simply because the length of the lens with a letus on the end would be hard to handhold? Or is there some other reason? JUst wondering as I am considering the letus for my H1 also.
Thanks. |

Since the Letus guys haven't put out the relay lens for the Extreme, the combination of body, stock lens, Letus adapter, 35 lens, and mattebox makes for a very long camera rig. I think Jonas was making the good point that the current Letus configuration is not conducive to a lot of handheld.
