Anyone seen or used the FU2000 remote finder?

Can anyone tell me how long the remote cable is?
Is it any better than the stock finder, or is it the same LCD rehoused? I'm guessing if it's 2.4", that's the case.
Then it would have the same colour, focus, exposure and lag problems as the original. Nice one, Canon.

It is the exact same LCD panel as the camera's own EVF -- no difference there. The length of the cable is about twelve feet.
