Is 24F in Canon XLH1 NTSC system ?
Is 24F in Canon XLH1 NTSC system ? aim in Pal land and I want to know if I could work with 24F and then record to Digital beta to show it in our local PAL broadcast , I have big TV drama and I don't want to have any risk , I was use 24p in my JVC-HD100 and my monitor automatic change to NTSC system when I use 24P, any one can help for that.

I'm not sure that I understand your question. The frame rates in a North American or Japanese XL H1 are 60i, 30p and 24p (the progressive modes are referred to as 30F and 24F but it's the same thing).
