Lens Question at DVinfo.net

Unknowingly I bought some lens cleaner and lens cleaning paper from the store I bought my XL2 at, and sprayed it on the lens a bunch of times to try and clean it. It kept leaving streaks and I eventually just blew on the lens a bit and cleaned it with a super soft shirt and it came out crystal clear. (I didn't know at the time not to use liquids on it)

I was just wondering if I may have done any damage to the lens coating, or if it would be noticable. It looks fine I'm just worried since I keep reading all these warnings about not cleaning it with the lens cleaner.
