Front mic& wireless

Good evening,

I acquired a 100 lt uhf mic system. I will be filming a friends wedding in a coouple weeks.

I have gone through the manual about this but to be honest I am brain dead reading most instructions.

I have had the wireless working from ther mini jack no problem.

I got it working from the rear xlr too.

I can't seem to get both going at once.

I did have incoming audio where the headphone attachment from the receiver gave me clear audio.
When I used the head phones on the camera it doesn't pick up the wireless audio.

I have it set on 12 bit channel one for the camera mic, and then setting to 3 &4 rear for the wireless.

I would appreciate some advice on this from anyone that knows what I should do.

I know this came up a while back but couldn't seem to find that post.

Thank you for any help.

Hi Dale,
My guess is that you are neglecting to use the 'audio monitor' button. You will find it on the left body panel underneath the mode dial. By default, it will monitor channels 1 & 2. Press it once and it will begin to monitor channel 3 & 4 (when you are in 12 bit 4 channel mode), and pressing it once more will provide you a 1,2,3,4 channel mix.

Hope this helps.
-Jon

Jonathan,

Yrs, that was exactly the problem!!~!

Thank you very much!!

Curiously though, when I adjust the volumn controls while they are on manual, it doesn't seem to change the audio indicator much, is that normal??

Glad it helped. As far as the last part, I'm not sure what you mean.
