Sennheiser EW100 system with a XL2 ?
Hello,
Is it possible to use a Sennheiser EW100 system with a XL2 ? Here is the system : http://www.flickr.com/photo_zoom.gne?id=59037844&size=o The problem is the EW100 has a classical minijack and my XL2 uses 2 XLR (plus the two jacks connection for the provided front mic) Thanks in advance Luc |

Yes it is. Just get an 1/8 inch to XLR adapter. Thats what we do where I work and it works just fine.

Thanks a lot, of course a 1/8->XLR is the obvious solution... I'm so used to my XLR microphones that I didn't even realize that :-) Luc |

Sennheiser EW100 Audio Test results
Hi Luc,
Based on some flack in another forum about the quality of certain transceivers, I recently decided to conduct some online tests of some of my Sennheiser EW100s. The tests use various microphone, distances, frequencies, and diversity/non-diversity antenna configurations. In all cases, I used the 1/8 inch male to XLR male that comes with most Sennheisers these days. If you're interested in listening to the test results, see: http://www.bridgehands.com/audio Warm Regards, Michael |
