Video Rca Out Problem & Mack Extended Warranty
My RCA out on my XL2 is not outputting video anymore to my extrernal monitor. At first it was cutting in and out when touching the RCA cable by the base, then eventually no more output signal. I did check a different RCA cord, the same problem was there which then told me that it was not a cable problem. I had to switch to the BNC out which works perfect.
This will be the first time I will have to send it out to the MACK company. I've got the 4 year plan. Anybody out there ever have to send their XL2 to MACK with the same problem? And if so, what was the experience? And is it not recommended to send it off in the original box for I might not get it back in the same box? And lastly, what kind of turnaround has been the average for the type of problem I'm experiancing? Any input would be appreciated. Joe |
