Thinking about selling...

I just bought my second Xl2 (body kit only) with the 16x manual lense and an extra battery. I was on the fence about getting the second XL2 for event shooting, versus keeping my first XL2 and adding the new Canon XHA1 for higher resolution. I am still weiry of going HDV until Apple decides to fully support 24f, but I am craving the higher resolution. However, I LOVE the 16x manual lense and the XL2 is an awesome SD camera hands down. It shoots a somewhat flat image in my opinion, but I easily tweak that in post and sometimes add my Sapphire "Film Effect" to bump gamma etc. Due to increasing rendering times, I was scared to go HDV based on this. Now having just sold my dual G5 2.5Ghz and soon to get the quad xeon 3Ghz, I am certain render times will drop, even with HDV with 3gigs of ram. So here's my quandry....

Should I stick with 2 XL2's/3 lenses, or sell the new XL2 (less than 3 hours on it) and get the XHA1? Will the A1 remotely match the XL2 in SD mode? I shoot nature footage as well and I REALLY want more lines of res, even though I will be on a fixed lense....Ideally I would want 3 cams, but money is the factor here. Any thoughts, comments, interests in my camera etc is welcome! Thanks.
