Forgot my camera shooting settings.OOPS.

is there any way to tell what you had your camera set to when you shot something if you dont remember? especially frame rate and aspect ratio? not talking about all the fancy sub menus (knee, streatch,black,etc)

it does seem to give a 'general error' failure when it refuses to capture, and will capture if i change one setting. but i dont know if all are correct. getting a lot of the horizontal lines, like the old tv sets used to get when you had the manual tuning dial (vhf, if you will...oldtimers!! hey, it wasnt THAT long ago...sheesh). is that called interlacing? i guess i am not really sure what an interlace artifact looks like
