Trying to get 4 wirless lav's on my XL2
Is what I need
http://img522.imageshack.us/my.php?i...achment0mm.jpg what would the setting for channels 1&2 be once this is installed, and as far as I know, this shouldn't disrpt my normal work flow for channels 3&4, correct? (I mean 3&4 should be the same as I always do? |

I think 2 of your mics will need to be XLR mics and the other 2 can connect using RCA. Only thing to remember is you can only monitor 2 channels at a time and you need to toggle between 1/2 and 3/4 using the audio monitor button.
PS: I can't really make out the picture you have (appears kinda small) but you shouldn't need extra devices to sue all 4 channels unless they use different connections, in which case, just get some adapters. |

If you want to use all 4 channels of audio on the XL2 an dconnect with XLR you will need to buy the MA-300. $170 approx. However, keep in mind that when recording 4 channel audio, the XL2 records in 12bit, not 16bit. Shouldn't be that big of a deal, but just make shure that when you go to edit, that your NLE can capture and edit 12bit.
