Matching to XL-2
I recently shot some of a short doc in Atlanta and had to leave without getting all my b-roll. I'm in a situation where I'm having someone shoot with a PD-150 and get me the b-roll that I need. So all my interviews were shot with the xl-2 and most of the b-roll is going to be from the pd-150.
1) has anyone ever matched their xl-2 footage to a pd-150, and 2) any recomendations to getting it to match aside from making sure we're both using the same frame rate (30p) and aspect ratio (4:3). Thanks in advance.. Jamie

What do you need shots of? I'm in the Atlanta area and have an XL2 and would help out if possible...

I tried matching second camera PD170 footage to XL2 and it's not going to happen, unless you try degrading the XL2 picture significantly and what's the point in that? if you don't get what you need from Geoff I'd suggest not trying to match them but have it look differently on purpose as a stylistic decision.
