Finally got my XL2.

I love it. I DP'd a short for a 48hr horror film fest that won best film and got 3rd for cinematography out of 40 other films. We used the XL2 and I fell in love. It was the first time that I got my hands on one so I learned it as I shot, which hurt me in some areas but I knew that it had so much more potential than what I got out of it. I've been sick so I haven't had a chance to do much but I did do a quick test shoot with a 12" Madhatter figure. Here are the uncorrected grabs:

The lighting was just a simple table lamp that was next to it with some bounce for a fill.

I've experimented with some CC for it and things look great.

Thanks to everyone here who doesn't know me, but has had me read thier thoughts and make the jump to get my camera.
