Cleaning Heads

Hi
Wondering.
How often to clean cam heads?
I run a 10 second head cleaning tape through the cam at the start of each days filming.
Is this overkill or not enough.
Your thoughts please

Re: Cleaning Heads

Hi,

I'm no expert but I think running head cleaning tape each day is way too often. You will wear off your heads too soon. I do it only periodically - if I get banding artifacts on the tape or just every 3 months or so. That said, I don't use my camera much.
