Thin black lines
Hi, as a new user, I have started learning to use the camera in a low light situation with one of the recommended custom presets.
I have been shooting a rectangular grid about 2' by 3' which has a light grey background and the gird being formed with solid black, half inch wide bars, forming the grid pattern. There is also solid blocks of dark blue, yellow and a large red square where some of the gridline intersect to make it somewhat interesting. Okay, what I have noticed is at the edge of the black bars there are thin black lines, hardly noticeable, but clearly evident. They are very light, but clearly noticeable. They are on both side of the black bars. However, when I do a closer shot these lines gradually disappear. What gives? I might add that I am viewing the images live on a HDTV. For the most part the image is outstanding. I have tried adjusting sharpeness, coring, NR etc. but can't seem to get rid of these lines at a medium shot. Thanks in advance, Gary |
