Just finished grueling XL2 Shoot

I jsut came back from a wet and wild weekend in Northern Ontario shooting a short on a lake. The XL2 performed amazingly, and the image quality with a polarizing filter and bright sunlight is beyond anything I have acheived to date. I'll be posting updates, and the final film when it's done. The film is titled "something's wrong", and stars William Petrie and Jason Tannis.

Which filter were you using? All perform slightly different, I prefer a circular warm polarizer. Also, people need to realize there is a BIG difference in a $10 filter and a $100 filter...

We were in Georgian Bay. Not too far North, but certainly north of Toronto...

I noticed this thread when it came up, but it just hit me that my friend mike fraiman's older brother Josh works with "some guy named matt nayman" regularily, and was probably a part of this shoot. Small world.
