Xl2 PAL

Where can i buy a Pal XL2 in the USA and is anyonre atcually selling body only kits of the Pal version.

I've moved your thread to our XL2 forum. Do keep in mind that it
is usually not wise to buy a PAL camera if you are in an NTSC
country!! Do a search on the board to find many threads on the
subject.

Hi;

I bought a PAL XL2 in B&H New York, I then took it home to the UK in a free Petrol cam bag and managed to save about a thousand quid! (UK is a major rip off) hope this helps.

If you do such things take into consideration that customs might
stop you and charge import tax etc. This is less likely to happen
if you bring the camera in a photographers bag (disassembled)
and without the box and manuals (if you know someone in the
states he can mail the manuals to you?)

Anyways, this is technically illegal (to bypass import tax)... just
so you know.
