DV info's roll in XL2

Nice jump on the XL2 Chris, congratulations. It appears to me that the DV info community is not just a simple forum any more (and has not been for a while) , anyone writing or talking seriously about video these days would have to include your site as one of THE places to go.

I was just wondering what roll Canon allowed the forum to play in the XL2 , name, specs etc., if thats not getting to nosy?

Compare the old XL2 wish list thread to the new specs and feature set list, and I think you'll have your answer.

Dylan,

I can't believe you missed it...take a look at the new "multifunction evf"....flip open that eyepiece, brother, and pour yourself a cold one. Looks like a cupholder to me! Who says canon doesn't listen.

lol.

it'd be even cooler if canon would first give chris a xl2 (hell dvi are marketing for them for FREE). secondly another one for a type of contest =). that ought to show their appreciation in all the right places =).
