Short Clip from Everest with XL2

Some of you may remember my forum post about my trip to India and Nepal with my XL2 almost a year ago.

Original Forum Post: http://www.dvinfo.net/conf/showthread.php?t=92316

Over the last year I have been slowly getting my film "A Gentle Walk" together. It is going slowly, but I will have a full rough cut by the end of the month.

But I just posted a "teaser" (Hate using that word) taken from the intro of the film. It consists of a long zoom out (using the auto zoom feature on the camera) of Everest from Base Camp. The clip is about 1:20

If anyone is interested,
Youtube: http://youtube.com/watch?v=fF9YRbD_1t8
Or a Higher Quality from my blog: http://www.lostsummitfilms.com/blog

I will also be adding more footage every week or so.

Thanks,
Brandon Katcher

Watched you blog version - just beautiful! I know God is responsible for most of it, but you and the XL2 did a pretty good job too. :)

Nice! Liked the voice-over and the zoom out, both were really suiting!

I have also looked at your previous post, and I have taken a lot of inspiration.
And I would love to be able to se a full length version when it's available.

Thank you for the feedback. I will definitely keep you posted when I have a finished product. Still gonna be a little while though.

I have uploaded a new clip to the blog though. I am trying to post some new footage every week or two.

The Cigarette Monkey - You will see the link in the first post.

NOTE: This is raw video. It is not heavily edited like the other clip.
