Minimize Interlace Artifacts?

Guy's can you tell me based on your opinion what is the best setup to minimize the interlace artifacts?

Just from my little experiences it seems that 60i with 1/60 shutter seems to be it? But I am not sure. I have never really been able to compare difference results of the same shoot.

Also, Iam wondering about the "V detail" function. I have read where this setting can reduce the artifacts some what??

Your thoughts?
