Help: Problem with loose bottom tripod mount plate

Hi all. My XL2's bottom plate has become loose and I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem? (Before I peel back the little rubber piece in hopes of finding a screw to tighten it) No, I'm not talking about the TA-100 plate, but the actual metal plate on the camera itself. Thanks.
