Presets

I have been using the blue barn presets and I do like it and thank all who contributed, but I have an issue with dark skin. My blacks(skin or images) are really dark, so which of the settings can I adjust to brighten my images without over exposing. Light skin images are beautiful but dark areas are my issue. I normally use the wedding preset.
Any pointers

Don't crush your blacks. Try "stretching" the blacks.
