35mm, which one is best?

Hi everyone,
can anyone tell me which is the best adapter for xha1 to get a film-like image?

Movietube or mini35 are the best if you have the budget. Get Cooke Lens too.

Actually there is no best , just a matter of budget and taste.

M2 , Brevis , SGpro, WDR35pro, Letus , will all work with the A1 to give film like image.

not for the A1 it won't, not without an interchangeable lens

Why not ? It sates that it will works for a HVX, which is also a fix lens camera

Redrock Micro makes an adaptor kit called an M2 for mounting 35mm lenses (picture below). You will need a mounting kit, but the Canon XH-A1 does not require any extra shims or adaptors.

redrock is going to have a flip version soon as well (from what I've heard)

Am I reading it right on the zakuto site that the estimate for the new adaptor will be $12-15k??

It comes with the lenses...so not a lot for the adapter then.

Joan, we use the XH-A1 as one of our primary test cameras for the Brevis. The pics don't reflect our new carbon rails systems, but they still look pretty :-)
