FCP6 Workflow?

What are the proper capture/sequence settings for using 24F on the A1 in Final Cut Pro 6? I've done searches on the forums, but I've found like 5 different workflows. Can someone help me out as to which settings are the best for this? Thanks.

I just set it to HDV 24p and just clicked Capture Now. It's been fine with me.

Hey, I have a serious favor to ask you. The Serial Number for my copy of FCP6 stopped working for some reason, so is there a chance you'd be able to PM me your serial number? I have a project I need to get done and I don't think Apple will be able to help me out in time. I'll be your best friend! =)

Jerrod, please don't use DVinfo to ask for serial numbers. If you're having a problem with your copy of FCP then you need to use Apple Tech support. I think you can get a quick response from them. If you don't have a properly licensed version of the software then please buy one.
