Can A1 properly read my old Xl2 24p tapes?
Title pretty much says it all. I have an old project that we really like that was shot on my old XL2 at 24p (not the advanced setting, just the normal setting).
1. Will the A1 play these properly to recapture? 2. I have Cineform Prospect HD, is there an advantage to using it to capture? I am away from my system for a few days and am therefore not able to test. Anyone know? Thanks in advance.

1. Yes -- no problem at all.
2. Standard definition video? I don't think so. |

Thanks for the reply Chris. It has been over a year since I imported that 24p standard footage. Do you remember what the best setting in PPro to handle it? I am using Ppro 2.0.
Thanks.

Hi Devon, I don't use Premiere Pro, but we have an entire forum dedicated to it:
See http://www.dvinfo.net/conf/forumdisplay.php?f=67 Plenty of XH A1 owners are there who use Premiere Pro. |
