Industrial look? Good preset.
I have a brand new camera and need some advise.
I am going to shoot some video in small factories and workshops and I want sharp, crisp and clear prictures. Steel is cold by nature? Anyone who can give a tip about a good preset? I have downloaded promotional videos from both Canon and Sony, and it is striking to see the difference in taste on picture performance. Sony with strong colours and Canon with "pale" and bright pictures. http://www.usa.canon.com/consumer/co...&modelid=14061 http://bssc.sel.sony.com/Broadcastan...DV/demos.shtml |

I second custom PRESET 16 if you want a really sharp, contrasty look. Although beware you won't have much lattitude to play with later in post.
I've been using PRESET 2 a lot on my corporate shoots. Looks very natural, with good black levels, etc. Not flat at all and not oversaturated like some of the other custom presets.
