Vive Mic at DVinfo.net

I'm trying out a Vive Mic as a hand held mic. It is a surround sound microphone and when bring it into PP2.0 and creating a DVD - it is wild.

Does anyone have any experience with these types of Microphones?

Do you have one? I was looking for one and couldn't find any.

Yes,
I ran some tests on what I believe it is a prototype. I could get not directional difference when I was testing side to side from the front of the mic. I did get some change when going from front to back. I think they have an interesting idea, but it is not there yet.

Thanks - I'll keep checking their website.
I've been lugging around 4 mics and a recorder. I'm hoping the Vive will make a good substitute when I don't need the highest quality.
