Manual focus display MF MF-H

I'm playing with focus speed normal or low. Sometime I get the display to read MF-H in yellow and sometimes just MF in white. But it doesn't seem to be what I've set the focus speed at, and I can't reproduce the behavior. So can someone clue me in as to what these two display settings mean, and how to change them consistently. Thanks.

WHen it's displayed as yellow, it means the Focus Preset is active. The H refers to the speed (high in your case) that focus preset is set to.

It's in the English pdf manual, page 37.
