I got mine from www.kamera-express.nl in Rotterdam and payed 3519 Euro's for it.
In Germany you can get it online at www.mediaonline.de for 3333 Euro's. Sofar that is the lowest price. The only thing you have to thing about is the guarantee. If there is something wrong with it, what can you do? |

South African prices
The best local (South African) price is R32 000 (which comes to about 3333 Euros at today's exchange rate) for the A1. I paid R35 000 about 2 months ago.
We're also in PAL country. Carl, Jo'burg |

Not in Europe, but may be interesting... I paid €3233/R31,500 (incl taxes) in Cape Town, South Africa, from my local photography dealer and Canon agent.
[Grin] And that's R500 cheaper than Karl's best price in Johannesburg.... but then maybe his agent had to charge for dragging it up the hill! And yes, PAL land. |

3303 € in for A1 in Berlin and Munich, including taxes.
Seems to be the cheapest so far, name of the shop is hificomponents.de , they also sell in Germany via the net. They had some A1 in stock, now they are sold out and in the moment, there is a delay, I am waiting for my A1 now for about 3 weeks... All the best, Salar |
