So how does the 24f look?

Filmic? As good as the 24p on the Panasonic cams?

you'd have to download some of the videos posted and determine for yourself. But I've bought an A1 and from what I've been able to get so far it's beautiful!!!

later in one of the clips he films cars driving by, split screen between HVX and A1, you can pause and inspect the frames right there.
