XHA1 Maintenance/Hours used at DVinfo.net

Folks, I bought a used XHA1 3 years ago. I dont shoot professionally. Mainly just a hobbiest. Is there a way to check the hours this has been used? Also, this camera has been used outdoors a lot. Is there a place I can send it to have it cleaned and any preventive maintenance completed?

Nope, there is no way to establish the run hours on your Canon camcorder, period.

For service, check this out (all been done before BTW, a search would have found it)
