Setting's to Make the Blue's and Red's pop

I am shooting three football games this weekend and would like to get some "pop" out of my camera footage and I do not want to have to adjust it in post. Do you have any good setting's that I can use?

Hi Guy,

You can use the Panalook2 I think you'll be happy with it.

Are there any examples or stills with these presets?

Use the link that I posted for you and do your search. I am sure you'll come up with some samples.

Why not download those two presets, go outside and shoot a bit of footage on both, then come back inside and compare them on your tv screen?
Or, better still, hook the camera up to your tv, aim the camera out the window and switch between the presets and get a realtime comparison?

I use VividRGB mostly but Panalook2 is good too. After you've used them for a while you get to know what each is good for.

The key is getting the right white balance every time you change scenes. I've been using ExpoDisc for a couple years, you just can't beat it for mixed lighting sources which the camera WB never seemed to get right.

Avoid the cheap Ebay copies at all costs.

Cheers.

I'm trying...I can't seem to get my camera to recognize the preset on the SD card.

Re: Setting's to Make the Blue's and Red's pop

Guy,

This is what you do.

Open a folder named PRESET in Capital letters.
Copy and past the present into the folder.
Put it on a SD card and insert it into the slot in camer and it will work.

Good Luck!

I assume I have to transfere it into the camera. When I get to the SD to Camera icon is not whited out. It acts as if it is not accessable.

You can leave it on the SD card and use the presets of that from XHA1.

So can i have more than one preset in that folder or just one? Also, will it pull up the name PANALOOK2 in the menu?

I did not read all that but. I did realize you have to change the name of the .cpf to PRESET01 or what ever number you want.
