Cannot set aperture below 3.2
Hello
I am using the Canon XH A1s. I have found I cannot set my aperture below F3.2. I am in 30f setting on manual. When I change to AV mode on the camera, I still cannot set below F3.2. The manual state my available aperture starts at F1.6. Can anyone give me a answer to why this is taking place? Thanks |

Re: Cannot set aperture below 3.2
Hi, David.................
If you have the zoom set at anything other than full wide, you will not be able to achieve anything other than the maximum aperture stated for the lens. At full zoom in, the aperture will read whatever the aperture is for the lens in full zoom, which is considerably less. I guesss that's 3.2 If, however, it won't give you anything better than 3.2 at full wide, there has to be a fault with either the lens or camera. Canon tech time. CS |
