Duplicate frames / blurry image

I'm frequently getting a nasty, jerky look to my footage. Especially when there's camera movement. When looking at the footage in FCP as individual frames, approximately 4 out of 5 frames seem to bleed together.

Here's a link to an image of what I'm talking about:

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm using Final Cut Studio HD and a Canon XHA1.

XHA1 - I prefer to shoot in 24f

FCP Settings:
23.98 fps
1440x1080
Apple ProRes 422 (HQ)

Re: Duplicate frames / blurry image

Don't use NR1, try 1080/25f vs 1080/50i (30f/60i).
