Telephoto
Does anyone make a full zoom through telephoto lens for the XHA1? Ive been searching and all I can find are partial zoom throughs like century optics. TIA.

Brandon,
It is not physically feasible to make such a unit. The size would be roughly 4x that of your entire camera and cost many times what you paid for the camera. Unfortunately that is the physical limitations of the optics. You can try to find a lower power telephoto like a 1.4x if it exists which will give you more zoom through but you will not get the telephoto you are seeking. Ryan Avery Schneider Optics |

In case you are tempted by the "Impact" brand which offers a telephoto for a low, low price, fuggedaboudit....been there, sent it back, let's be generous and just say it's incompatable with the Canon optics. I believe Century and 16X9 offer glass like this, but every tele add-on I have seen is only useful as at the long end of the zoom, doesn't work like the zoom=thru wide angles do...vignettes something awful..../ Battle Vaughan
