How do I print to tape with the xha1? at DVinfo.net

Does anyone now how to "print to tape" when exporting a project? From what I understand, there are setting in the camera that have to be adjusted. Also, does anyone know if the manual for the xha1 can be found online?

and, strangely enough, entering either question into the Google search box at the bottom of the page, pops the answers straight out of the box.
