Dusty conditions help!!!

okay so im mostly going to be filming motocross at the tracks or on a boat filming wakeboarding/wakesurfing etc..., which obviously will have dust and dirt in the air and at times water flying around. Im just wondering what the best protection would be for my camera, im lookin for the best bang for my buck, anybody have any suggestions?

Also tell me if im correct, ive been searching like crazy for the past few weeks on this site about the correct settings to use for my type of filming and tell me if i am wrong here, im mainly going for the best slomo settings and such.
these are the settings i have come up with:
-60i
-shutter speed of around 1/120
-ND filter on

I have a Kata cover which works ok, it's a bit of a pain to use but you get used to it.
Settings look fine, I wouldn't worry about ND unless you need it for correct exposure etc.

I'll chime in for the PortaBrace rain cover. It's also a bit of a pain to use but since the Kata gets the same comment, it could be due to the camera design and how you access the various external controls.

There's also this: Porta Brace CBA-XHAG1 Camera Body Armor Mini Ironically, it's more expensive than the rain cover but it might be more effective at keeping out dust than the rain cover.
