Any advise on matching XHA1 to 5DMK2? at DVinfo.net

I want to use the 5DMK2 to capture some event details while the XHA1 is on the tripod shooting the main point of interest. The color on the 5D is much more vivid than the XHA1 without doing anything in post.

Can anyone recommend settings or a preset file that will get me closer to the 5D? So I don't have to do too much in post?

Also, I intent to shoot the XHA1 in 24f and convert the 5DMK2 files to 24p using Cineform Neo Scene. I don't intend to use or match audio with the 5D. I edit with Vegas 7e. Any warnings of this setup is appreciated.
