G1 SDI Capture Question...HELP
ok we are looking to get the FFV
http://www.ffv.com/products/elite_front_4.pdf to record full resolution HD... BUT the question I have is when ever you capture in HDSDI what is the video size... the censer size is 3 1/3" Native 16:9 CCDs at 1440 x 1080 (Interlaced) so capturing HDSDI will it be 1440 x 1080? or stretched to 1920x1080... Thanks for any help... |

According to page 97 of the Canon XHA1/G1 manual, SDI HD output is 1920X1080
