Third party charger?
Anyone have any experience with third party chargers for the XH A1 battery?

Hi Loren,
I bought a generic battery for my A1 & it came with a plug in charger, that can also be used in the car when you plug in the supplied cable. I have been using it for the last 18 months charging both the origianl Canon battery & the 2 generic batteries i bought. I have used it probably more than the original Canon supplied charger & have had absolutely no problems. Hope this helps. Bryce

I use a Lenmar Mach Fusion (I think it's called) charger. Using 2 different adapter plates I can charge the A1's batts (noticeably faster than the stock charger), HV10's batts, and AA's.
I know it's "consumerish" looking, but who cares. It serves it's purpose... one charger... many uses. |

I have the $19.99 Impact travel charger from B&H.
But I use the OEM Canon single charger more often unless Im strapped for time then i'll take out the Impact charger. I have the one supplied canon batteryBP950 and 3 Lenmar BP970s (which are great BTW) Link of the charger i use rarely http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/produc...C_Battery.html |
