Can´t capture video with the decklink hd extreme!! help... at DVinfo.net

Hello.

I`m trying to capture video from a canon xh a1, using the component cable and conecting it to the consumer cable of the decklink, with the 7, 8, and 9 input cables. I`m using adobe premiere cs3 for capture and editing. When I try to capture, all I see is a black screen, no video, no sound, only the rec and stop buttons are working, the others are grey. I don`t know if I`m missing something. I tried the setup menu in the control panel, but none of the configurations work, I have no signal from the camera. Any help will be apreciated. Thanks.

No vas a mirar nada. You can record but it won't show you the footage cuando esta capturado.

The captured video looks black too, nothing is captured, video or audio.
