Yeah it looks horrible aye? I'm no expert, but I don't know how you could white balance on the fly if it is just a cloud. Maybe someone more knowledgeable could say whether the clouds act like a filter changing the colour temperature?

I don't use any presets. I have them turned off. I tried the Vivid RGBand the true color etc, but I still find no preset better in post for some weird reason. It doesn't seem to matter how perfectly I manage to shoot something, it's never good enough in terms of consistency, so I'm always tweaking the final footage anyway.
On that surf video, there's a couple of shots where I thought I hadn't turned the Letus on, but I realised later that I was closing the apeture. The previous owner had taken the ball bearing out so the F stops would change with the slightest touch.
