Collaboration between XH-A1 Owners to do Dual Cam Shoots
I own an XH-A1, and am starting filming on a short in san Francisco on Aug 24-26.
I have some lo-fi accessories like a cheap wide-angle, a set of Hoya close-up filters, and I'm planning on getting a warming polarizer. I've been told it can make filming a lot easier if you have two of the same camera so actors can say their dialog in real time, and you can edit it together later instead of doing new setups all the time. Is anyone interested in collaborating, with mutual lending for these situations? I can provide a full deposit so you are protected, and you should do the same. So I lend you my cam for your shoot, you do the same for me, we both win. The only catch would be custom settings/presets. I guess the easiest way to deal with it is to reset all options to stock before and after lending. Good practice reloading your presets too! Alain Lumina MagicalRealismFilms.com |
