Canon XH A1 with Tricaster
Is the canon xha1 compatible with Newtek's Tricaster. What about the onscreen menu items displayed on the camera's lcd screen? Can they be removed for sending a live feed to the switcher?

If you turn the onscreen display off, all parameters are still shown on the viewfinder/lcd display, but the component output stays clear.

Could you please explain how to do this in more detail? I didn't seen an option in the Display area of the Menu to turn off the OSD so the information is not sent to the component out. Thanks.
