New A1's With Loose Onboard Mics - feature or no?
I received my brand new A1's yesterday, and immediately noticed that the onboard mics are a bit loose. I was thinking it might be a feature like shock mounting or something, especially when the 2nd A1 also had a "loose" mic. Is this normal or do I need to do a return?

Loose mics is probably the most frequently asked question by new owners. Yes, it is supposed to be like that.

Click on the search option, and type in loose mics - it has been explained several times on this forum.

Sorry. 99.9% of the time I do a search first. I'm just real busy trying to tie things up before the holiday tomorrow and didn't think to do a search this time. Thanks for the response, though.
