Underwater Promo shot with an XH A1
Here is the Vimeo link to a recent expedition and promo shoot to Marion Reef, a remote (400 kms offshore) Southern Coral Sea atol.
http://www.vimeo.com/1271664 Comments always welcome, especially on the voice over as it was my first attempt at one, Cheers Jon |

Great vid man... I'm curious what housing unit you were using and if you had any close calls with the camera...
The voice over I don't think was bad at all... Something you might could do would be to adjust the contrast just a bit... It will help bring out some of the details and distinguish them from the blue water... |

Thanks Doug, I will mess around with the contrast and see.

I want an underwater housing pretty badly for vacations and such, but with it costing more than the camera its kind of a pointless thing for me to buy.
your video is awesome though. I agree with possibly boosting the contrast a little. It also seams a bit dark possibly brighten it up a tad? Looked, and sounded great. |

Agree some of the shots are a little dark, problem was that the weather was very overcast and some of those shots were taken at about 50m..
I actually reckon the camera did pretty well to handle the low light, loads better than my old Sony HC1 Thanks |
