Instant AF - Super Quick, Natural and Stable
Hey guys,
On the XH brochure, it lists 3 different AF modes for IAF: Super Quick (fastest), Natural and Stable. However, I can't find any of those settings in the camera menus or even in the manual! Anyone know about these? -Steve

That may refer to the speed for the auto focus shift you can do. Set an in and an out point, press the button and the focus will shift to the predetermined point. It has 3 speeds: Fast, faster, and even faster. I think that's what they're referring to. It's a useful thing if you want to shift focus quickly from one subject to another, but even at the slowest speed it's too fast to use for most dolly shots, which is where it would be very useful.
