Jvc Hd 100/xha1
Hey folks, I have an XHA1, My buddy has a JVC HD 100. We would like to shoot both cameras to use two cameras in same shots. However, these cameras are VERY DIFFERENT in the way they look after they shoot. The Canon seems to have more color options. I had to practically lower mine to black and white to match the JVC. Any suggestions as to what we can do to match them?

Paolo Ciccone's TrueColor preset might be a good start.
http://paolociccone.com/blog/ It's available for both the XH-A1 and the HD-100 and it was created by calibrating colors on a professional color chart to a vectorscope so presumably they should match reasonably well. At least that might be a good starting point for your own exploration/tweaks. |
