Lip Sync Music Video. Backstreet Boys. :)
I just posted a video I shot for fun for my brother in law.. it gets better as it gets closer to the end, but more than anything, I just wanted to play with different settings etc.. It was the first time I got to play with Adobe's Multi-cam editor which made editing a breeze..
It was a for fun video. I shot everything with the TrueColor preset, and used magic bullet looks for color settings. http://www.vimeo.com/917886 From Vimeo Desc.. Guillermo is my Brother-in-Law who i am very proud of and was born with Down Syndrome 18 years ago. His passion has always been watching others make videos like these online, so he has been asking me to help him for months if not years to produce his own. Since I recently acquired a Canon XH-A1, we decided to shoot a video. We shot it on a nice Portland/Beaverton day in about 45 minutes with 5 different takes. The video is in sync, but Guillermo is not always right on key. This was edited in Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 with some gfx from After Effects. Please be respectful to Guillermo in your comments, as this is something he did for fun, and something for me in playing with my camera, colors, etc.. Thanks!

I'm not kidding when I say that was one of the coolest music videos I've seen from a forum like this. I agree with Jim Brents comment on the video's page, Guillermo's very fluid and natural on camera, all too often people become overly-aware of themselves but he did great. I really liked how you edited that and the color grading/presets you had going where beautiful! Job well done to the both of you.

Nicely done. Love the look of the video what settings did you use. Guillermo did a great job as well. One day I hope to be able to "Play" with settings and get such results.

Really appreciate the feedback on the video and nice comments.
It is funny that the comments have been made about how relaxed he looked. I just had to work with my kids, a niece, and my sister this weekend shooting some mini-commercials for a contest. I have to tell you, Guillermo was much easier to work in getting a natural feel than these others. It took me 2+ hours to shoot a 15 second clip this weekend. I don't know if I ever want to shoot with kids again.. Unless any of you have some good tips or experience in working with kids. :) Thanks, Luke
