New Canon User
Hey all you canon users! I just wanted to introduce myself into the canon side of things. I currently use sony (SD) and was planning on upgrading to the new Z7 but Sony has really screwed that one up. So I've done a lot of research and am planning on joining you all and buying 2 canon A1's and a canon H1. I can't wait! I'll be using all of you for advice soon ! :-)

The lens is a mess with many issues...and all around I'm not too happy about the CMOS in it. I'm going to experience some issues with those chips over CCD's . Rolling shutter/ possible banding under fluorescent lights...if the light issue is even a chance of happening, it's a deal breaker for me because I shoot all the time under different fluorescent lighting situation...It's really a personal preference for me. The camera will be great for other people, but I do mostly wedding videography and I'm going to run into too many potential issues with that camera over the canons. I really like the look of the canon over sony too so far.
